My approach to health & wellness is to go beyond creating lists of "good" and "bad" foods and to find ways to better incorporate regular physical activity in your daily life . It is about building and maintaining a positive relationship with food and physical activity and being more aware of the relationship between physical and mental well-being. In short, I work with my clients to create a balanced and healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and rewarding.

We will work together to establish realistic, short- and long-term health goals. These goals could range from a better understanding of basic nutrition and food cravings, to finding ways to maintain regular physical activity and optimize energy levels. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting, positive changes that lead to better health and well-being.

While working with you, I will not promote any particular diet or lifestyle regimen. However, I believe in helping people better understand the long-term benefits of some foods and lifestyle choices over others. This understanding can be truly empowering when it gives a person deeper knowledge and awareness to make informed decisions and take action best suited to their individual needs.

On that note, each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets, diet pills, or sporadic gym workouts tend to fail in the long run. Working on this principle of no one-size-fits-all, I’ll support you in making positive changes based on your unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
