I received training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied and developed a deeper understanding of food, nutrition, health, diet, and preventative care, as well as various practical lifestyle consulting methods. I am also a certified Personal Fitness Trainer which allows me to work with people to either maintain their levels of physical activity or start engaging in regular physical activity.
